The Iowa City/Coralville CVB invites you to bring your next conference/meeting, sporting event and/or group tour to our area. We will do everything we can to ensure your event is a great success! Once you have selected Iowa City/Coralville, we are happy to provide to following services:
- One plastic welcome bag free for everyone attending the conference/meeting, sporting event or group tour.
- An abundant supply of area visitor guides, maps and brochures.
- Name badges prepared with supplied information at cost.
- Arrange for and accompany a pre-meeting or pre-tour site visit.
- Suggestions of alternative activities for guests of the conference attendees.
- Use of our "Welcome to Iowa City/Coralville" banner.
- Arrange for an official, mayoral welcome.
- Assist in preparation and distribution of media releases.
- Supply gold plastic (5¢ ea) or gold/purple metal lapel pins (50¢ ea).
- Provide registration assistance, including laptop & printer for $8/hour.
