Iowa Artisans Gallery focuses on contemporary American craft, with a specialty in Midwestern art. The Gallery also carries selected works for the wall, and furniture by Sticks and other artists. DJ Rinner Goldsmith offers custom-design 14k gold and natural gemstone jewelry created by Don Rinner, plus natural stone jewelry. We’re located in the historic, light-filled Paul-Helen Building in downtown Iowa City’s Old Capitol Cultural District.
Iowa Artisans' gifts and art for the home are unique, personal, and American made. The Gallery is a full service retail business, offering web orders through our online sales site, phone orders, layaway, approvals, specialty wraps, special orders, and the Artisans Club loyalty program. We will validate an hours' free parking in local ramps. We offer special exhibitions and participate in community art-based events. The Gallery was founded in 1984 by twelve craft artists. Five founders still serve as owners. Customers regularly comment on the beauty and creativity of our displays and the caliber of work we carry. We are known as a must-see location in Iowa City.
